Your brand's own Gamma.

Deck Studio turns a one-line brief into a 12-slide, on-brand deck. It switches the deck to a new market in one click, answers tenders from the company's own content, and tells the seller who read what.

The short version

Every deck on brand. Every time.

What the product does, in about a minute.

01The problem

Every big deal starts on a blank slide.

The client sells to enterprise and government buyers across India, the GCC and Africa. Every pitch, proposal and tender was rebuilt by hand, by whoever was free that night.

  • Rebuilt from scratchThe same twelve slides, re-typed for every buyer.
  • Version chaosFINAL_v3_USE-THIS, sitting next to FINAL_v3_REAL.
  • Off-brand slidesThree logos, two fonts and a number from 2023.
  • Slow localisationNew currency, contacts and legal lines, done slide by slide.
  • Buried tender requirementsDozens of "shall"s hidden in a 60-page PDF.
  • No idea who read itSent, then silence. Was it opened? Forwarded?
02Brief to deck

One line in. Twelve on-brand slides out.

Type what the deck is about. Deck Studio picks the client, the market and the deck type, proposes a 12-slide outline, then builds every slide from the company's approved library and brand kit.

Outline you can reorderSlides from approved contentBrand score on every deck"3 things to check"

Drafts stay drafts until a person accepts them. Missing prices say "Needs prices", never a made-up number.

03One-click markets

New market? One click.

Prices convert from one price book, and the contact, certifications and legal footer follow. Try it on the real pricing slide.

Pricing slide in Indian rupees, total ₹2,17,00,000 a year, India contact and certifications. The same pricing slide switched to the GCC: dirhams, total AED 954,800 a year, Dubai contact and GCC certifications. The same pricing slide switched to Africa: Kenyan shillings, total KES 33,635,000 a year, Nairobi contact.

Securing Gulf Rail · India to GCC

It says what changed, with Undo.

The editor spots a GCC client on an India deck and offers the switch. After it, a list shows every price, contact and footer that moved. A price someone typed by hand can't be converted, so it gets flagged with a one-click fix.

04Tender mode

It reads the RFP so you don't miss a "shall".

Import the tender. Deck Studio pulls out every requirement into a compliance matrix, drafts an answer for each from the company's own approved content, and shows why it picked that answer. A person accepts each one.

The Why this answer panel: the matched library answer, the terms it matched on, a confidence score and alternatives, with Accept answer, Ask an expert and Mark as gap.
Why this answer? Every draft shows its source, the words it matched on, and the alternatives. Below the bar, a person writes it.
05Brand guard

Someone got creative with the fonts?

Every slide is checked against the brand kit as it's edited: fonts, colours, a stretched wordmark, soft images, an old number. Each issue says why, and Fix all puts it back.

The slide after Fix all: kit fonts and colours, the wordmark at its real ratio, the sharp library image.
The slide before: a novelty font, off-palette neon colours, a stretched wordmark, a blurry tilted image and a 2023 revenue sticker.

06The editor

Canva-level editing, with the brand locked.

Text, shapes, icons, uploads and library blocks. Drag with snap guides and distances, group, crop, layers, right-click. The logo, kit colours and fonts are locked, so a fast edit can't drift off brand.

The cover slide with the logo selected: a notice says the logo is set by the brand kit on every slide and can't be moved or removed; the side panel shows kit colours only.
Locked by the kit. The logo can't be moved or removed, and colours come from the palette. An off-kit colour is allowed, but the guard flags it.
07Share, track, export

Send it locked. Know who read it.

A secure link to a frozen copy: require email, watermark every slide, set an expiry, turn off download. Then see who opened it, how long they spent on each slide, and who they forwarded it to.

Secure share

Watermarked, expiring, revocable.

Pricing not approved yet? Sharing asks for a reason, and logs it.

What the buyer sees

Their email on every slide.

The watermark deters the forward-to-a-competitor move.

The buyer's viewer: the slide carries a diagonal watermark with the viewer's email and date.
Export

PowerPoint, Word or PDF.

Editable text, kit fonts and colours, speaker notes. It warns if brand errors are still open.

The export menu: PowerPoint, Word and PDF, with a warning that four brand errors are still open.
Analytics

Most time went to the pricing slide.

Opens, unique viewers, read time, forwards and time per slide. A live notice when someone opens it, and a hot-lead flag with Call now.

08On a phone

Fix slide 7 from the airport.

The whole studio works at 390 px wide. Home shows who is reading right now. The editor is a real touch canvas: tap to select, drag with guides, pinch to scale, a Select mode for groups, and a text toolbar that sits on the keyboard.

09How we built it

PRD first. Then many hands.

A written spec with 64 acceptance criteria came first. Then parallel AI coding agents built the features on separate branches, and one integration pass checked every screen.

1Write the PRD

Users, flows, data model, 64 acceptance criteria, sized for 15 to 50 members.

2Prototype the design

A clickable prototype set the look, the copy and every empty state.

3Build in parallel

Backend, canvas, elements, tenders, share and mobile, each on its own branch.

4Integrate and walk it

One merge, then a scripted walkthrough with about 150 screenshots.

5Test like it's live

Unit, browser, phone and database tests, run on every change.

Multi-tenant from day one: every row belongs to an organisation and row-level security keeps workspaces apart, so one desk can carry several brands.

What this is, plainly

A working product, running on demo data. It is not live in production yet: the hosted backend and AI drafting are the next steps, and today drafts come from the company's own library. The client's name and brand are swapped for a demo brand, NORTHVALE, on this page.

Built for one client. Ready for yours.
