At GoodGamer / Chosen Ones — NFT retail flows, Solana purchase UX, a Web3 accounting dashboard, and art direction across hundreds of collectible variations while leading a small design crew.

When generative AI was still raw and technical, TurboContent was built as a full product — architecture, multi-tool dashboard, light/dark system, and production frontend — wrapping article generation, image models, chat personas, TTS, and code assist into one creator-facing SaaS. Parallel: Shopify analytics UI and marketing site for BirdseyePost, designed and coded end-to-end.

Three years inside one of North America’s largest banks — designing production mobile banking experiences used by millions under regulatory, accessibility, and compliance constraints. Led redesigns across transaction history, account activity, pay & transfer, and discovery surfaces. Partnered across product, engineering, and compliance in 30+ Agile sprints. Contributed to the internal design system. Ran moderated usability programs. Shipped to App Store and Google Play.
