On time, or your money back
What it covers. Fixed-scope work under a signed statement of work (SOW): the AI Clarity Session, the AI & Product Blueprint, Custom Builds, and our ready-made systems (Missed-Call Recovery, Recall & Reactivation, 24/7 Intake and Activation Flow Fix), which go live within 10 business days. Every milestone in your SOW has a delivery date.
The promise. If we deliver a milestone after its date for reasons within our control, you can choose one of these:
- a full refund of the fees you paid for that milestone, keeping everything delivered so far; or
- a credit of the same amount towards the rest of the project.
When the date moves instead. A delivery date moves by the same amount of time, and a late delivery is not a missed date, when the delay is caused by:
- feedback, approvals, content, access or decisions from your side arriving later than the SOW allows;
- a change in scope that you approved;
- an outage or breaking change at a third-party platform the work depends on, or another event outside reasonable control;
- a pause for an overdue invoice.
If we both agree a new date in writing, the new date is the one that counts.
Not covered. Monthly retainers such as the Embedded AI Partner. Each retainer agreement sets out its own service commitments.
AI Clarity Session: three wins, or a full refund
The Clarity Session ends with a written list of opportunities. Each one is ranked by impact and effort and scoped enough to act on. We promise it will contain at least three wins worth building.
You are the judge. If you read the findings and don't believe we found three wins worth building for your business, tell us within 14 days of receiving them and we refund the full session fee. You don't have to justify it, and we won't argue. You can keep the findings.
This guarantee applies once per business. If you sign on for further work with us based on the findings, you are treated as having accepted them.
How to claim
- Email support@loopsuitai.com with the subject "Guarantee claim" within 14 days of the missed date, or of receiving the Clarity findings.
- Tell us the project and which guarantee you are claiming under. For an on-time claim, also tell us whether you want a refund or a credit.
- We confirm within 2 business days. If we think a delay falls under When the date moves instead, we show you the dates from the project record.
- We send approved refunds within 10 business days, by the same method and in the same currency you paid. We cover our own transfer fees. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
Other refunds
- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on a milestone, we refund what you paid for it, minus any third-party costs already committed on your behalf with your approval.
- After work starts: fees for work already done are non-refundable, except under the guarantees above or your SOW. If an engagement ends early, we bill only for work done up to the end date. We refund any prepaid amount beyond that.
- Defects: problems with delivered work are covered by our 30-day fix window in the Terms of Service.
Your SOW may set out additional or different refund terms for your project. Where it does, the SOW applies.
