How fast will I hear back?
A person replies within one business day, usually the same day. If it's urgent, book a call and skip the queue.
What should I write?
Two or three lines is plenty: what you run, what keeps breaking or eating hours, and what you'd build if it were easy. We'll ask for the rest.
What does the first step cost?
Nothing. The first call is 20 minutes, and we show up having already looked. If the work is worth building, we price it on a second call: fixed, and capped in writing, before anything starts.
Who owns what you build?
You do, from day one: your repositories, your cloud accounts, your design files.
Do you work outside North America?
Yes. We're based in Vancouver and New Delhi and work with teams in Canada, the US and India, async-friendly.
